I stumbled upon Coach Dimitris completely by chance on the internet, and I must admit I was deeply impressed by his YouTube channel, RUNNING UNIVERSITY.
At that time, I was preparing for my first half marathon using an AI app, as I am not an experienced athlete. I decided to join Dimitris's team of athletes, and after successfully completing the half marathon preparation, we immediately kicked off the training for the Authentic Athens Marathon.
I must confess that Coach Dimitris's professional approach has helped me tremendously as a runner, despite some initial doubts I had due to my own inexperience. He is an exceptional professional in the running world and is always by my side whenever I need him.
