Stop Guessing With Your Training. Unlock Your True Potential With Science.

Are you training hard but no longer improving?

Do you struggle with recurring injuries, inconsistent results, or training plans that simply do not fit your lifestyle?

At Your Running University, you will not receive a generic PDF training plan.

Your coaching is built around you — your current fitness, training history, available time, goals, race schedule, and progress.

As your Head Coach, I personally oversee your development and turn training data, sports science, and performance analysis into a practical plan you can actually follow.

What Your Personal Coaching Includes

✅ 100% Personalized Training Plan

Your schedule is created specifically for you and adjusted week by week according to your progress, recovery, lifestyle, and available training time.

✅ Training Data Analysis

Your training can be monitored through platforms such as Garmin, Strava, or COROS.

Pace, heart rate, training load, workout execution, and progress are reviewed so your training can be adjusted when necessary.

✅ Strength & Conditioning for Runners

Running-specific strength training designed to improve durability, running performance, and physical resilience.

✅ Race Preparation & Strategy

Complete preparation for your goal race, including training progression, tapering, pacing strategy, and fueling guidance.

✅ Direct Communication With Your Coach

You are not following a plan alone.

You can communicate directly with me to discuss workouts, problems, schedule changes, race preparation, and your progress.

When life changes, your training can change with it.
